Title: Monitoring and Research of Heat and Noise Levels with Height Changes in Smart Cities Using OATR Methods

Abstract: In In this paper, we have presented some of our measurements based on our studies on the change in noise and heat levels from different sources in developed cities. The studies were conducted at different time ranges and different heights, and the purpose of these studies and monitoring is to assess the change in noise and heat emissions in smart cities in height and at different infrastructure densities in terms of height change. This is an important factor in large cities with high-rise residential and business buildings. The measurements are based on our studies on the application of unconventional optoacoustic, thermographic and radiocommunication methods used for such applications. These studies can offer information useful both for people living in high-rise buildings and how the studied quantities change in smart cities in height. It is possible to determine the so-called heat and noise islands in cities, and not only as an area, as they are standardly described, but also in height.
