Title: Methods for Albedo Determination Analyzing a Thermographic Image for Qualification a Heat Sources in Smart Cities
Keywords: albedo, eco norms, health and quality of life, smart cities, thermography

Abstract: Measuring the albedo coefficient in smart cities can allow us to manage heat and energy efficiency, especially when integrated into complex remote sensing systems for noise and heat. By combining thermographic imaging, temperature and noise sensors, drones, thermal imaging cameras, and IoT devices, we can analyze how different surfaces and materials in the urban environment reflect and absorb energy, and their impact on the urban microclimate. This paper presents a methods to determine the albedo coefficient using thermographic images - thermographic equipment is recommended, as well as a numerical methodology that allows the determination of the albedo relative to the paver isobaths.
