Abstract: In this article, the objects of research are 40 pieces sleeves made from aluminum alloy 6080 and results were obtained from the measurement of the observed sign of inner cylindrical surface runout relative to the external one. The graphical visualizations of the analyzed data were made. A comparison is made between the amount of error obtained by two setting methods on a CNC lathe- in a universal self-centering chuck and between centers.
