This paper explores the important role of thermal management solution (TMS) in optimizing the efficiency and performance of BESS. Effective thermal management is essential for maintaining optimal battery temperatures, preventing thermal runaway, and ensuring consistent energy output. A thermal management solution consisting of reflective plates will be presented as well as its impact on energy efficiency, cost savings and environmental benefits. The findings underscore the necessity of innovative TMS in enhancing the resilience and operational efficiency of modern BESS, thereby supporting the broader objectives of grid stability and renewable energy adoption.
