Abstract: Establishing Semantic Interoperability begins with the creation of definitions of concepts, data and processes, but does not end there. Its maintenance is also not a one-time act, but a process of continuous control. For both types of activities, it is necessary to create methods and means for their implementation. The present material sheds light precisely on their creation and practical use.
