Many countries worldwide (USA, France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, etc.) have already adopted automated vehicles regulations. The paper offers a brief comparative analysis of legal framework of testing and use of automated vehicles in different jurisdictions. Based on the analysis, conclusions and proposals are made regarding the elaboration of automated vehicles regulation in Bulgaria.
