Abstract: The digitalization of the learning process is a key element in modern education, through which learning is optimized, its efficiency is increased, and the penetration of innovations is supported. It provides an opportunity not to interrupt the educational process in the event of a state of emergency, allowing the educational system to successfully switch to remote work. New teaching methods are applied, educational content, curricula and study plans are developed in a new way. A new way of management, training and educational environment is introduced in all educational institutions. The complex of skills is constantly expanding and dynamically changing. Key skills such as critical thinking, expressing an informed opinion, initiative, problem-solving and teamwork are increasingly desirable abilities. There is a growing demand for personality qualities such as ethical behavior, adaptability, leadership, curiosity and social responsibility.
