Abstract: The article describes the creation of an intelligent measuring system for control and measurement of turning force. To validate the system specification, a water faucet was used, which for its reliable operation uses a modern system of ceramic bearings - white and brown. Through this research, a calibration procedure was created that uses machine learning. The system is fully automatic. Based on the results obtained from the research of the described faucet, additional functionalities were added - supply of cold and hot water with constant pressure, which can be changed. Conclusions have been made regarding the operation of the intelligent measuring system and the possibilities for a real application for control and measurement of devices used to open and close bearing systems.
