Title: Determination of Photocell Efficiency
Keywords: effeciency, photoelements

Abstract: The present article presents research on the experimental determination of photodiode parameters. The main characteristics of semiconductor elements used in microelectronics are presented. An algorithm for determining efficiency is discussed, and several dependencies between the incident light flux per unit area and the generated energy are derived. A virtual instrument created based on the LabVIEW software platform and the DAC data acquisition module EMANT 300 is presented. Virtual instruments are multifunctional and flexible platforms that can be used both in the learning process and for scientific research. They combine precise hardware with the flexibility of a standard personal computer, offering its power, standard applications (the ability to visualize and process collected data), and communication capabilities. The presented model can be conveniently used in the educational process for various disciplines, catering to students from different specialties such as electronics, automation, and others.
