The individual control algorithms are compared using efficiency and torque ripple, converter and motor power losses. The effect of various input parameters on the efficiency, torque ripples, and losses of power in the converter and the motor for the selected control algorithms is studied using the MATLAB/Simulink environment. Based on the obtained simulation results, a comparative analysis is performed. The main considerations and recommendations for the most appropriate control strategy of the system using a bipolar excitation in motoring operation are derived. References - R.
