Title: CFD Analysis of the Behavior of a Submersible Vehicle in Multiple Flow Directions and Elevator and Rudder Fin Configurations Keywords: Abstract: Presented in the paper is a CFD finite element analysis of a submersible vehicle used for the imaging of plankton for fisheries research. Researched are different fluid flow conditions - different orientations of the flow relative to the submersible vehicle and different configuration of the elevator fin and the rudder fin with the goal to calculate the different pressure center positions in order to form curves and compare the specified initial buoyancy and gravity centers. After determining of the metacentric lines in different rudder and fin configuration the conclusion is made that the submersible device will maintain stable equilibrium while changing direction for the analyzed fluid flows.
