Абстракт: The purpose of this article is to introduce the basic functions of calculating and constructing the frequency characteristics of a fluctuation unit. The introduction of each of the functions and their action when executed in the easiest programming environment for engineers and young scientists MATLAB is described in details. An investigation of the influence of the damping coefficient (ξ) at values greater than 0 and less than 1 was made. The results are shown in a graphical form, easy to analyze.
