Abstract: In the paper is proposed developed Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) to support the processes of managing Learning Design (LD) and their supporting materials, including also repositories and editing tools. The Architecture resuscitates developed Learning Design Module (LDM) and gives it full functionality as integrates it with open source-based Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant e-learning system. The design methodology of the SOA is founded on Use Case analysis and visual notation Unified Modeling Language (UML). Realization of the Architecture is grounded on
