Абстракт: В тази статия се предлага практическо приложение на изчислителния метод, като средство за определяне на индивидуалните технологични норми за явното енергопотребление. Извършен е анализ на структурата на енергийния поток, с конкретен пример. Изведените изводи и заключения, позволят да се извърши правилно нормиране, а също така и да се повиши ефективността на енергийните ресурси. За целите на настоящата публикация, е използван балансовия метод, като е предложена методика за нормиране разхода на гориво за нагревателна пещ, като мощно топлинно съоръжение от състава на нефтопреработвателен завод.

Abstract: In this article, a practical application of the calculation method is proposed, as a means of determining individual technological norms for apparent energy consumption. These standards, applied to specific facilities and types of production, are the main indicator characterizing the energy efficiency within the boundary of a separate section. They include both the main and auxiliary technological operations. It is necessary to distinguish the subjective and objective factors that influence their determination. An analysis of the structure of the energy flow is carried out, with a concrete example. The draw conclusions and conclusions allow to carry out correct rationing, and also to increase the efficiency of energy resources. For the purposes of this publication, the balance method has been used, and a methodology has been proposed for normalizing fuel consumption for a heating furnace, as a powerful thermal facility of an oil refinery.
