Title: Cloud Service Module for Lighting Equipment Monitoring

Abstract: Regulation 245/2009 is applied during the rehabilitation of public lighting in the European Community, with the primary requirement after the rehabilitation of the equipment being the monitoring of the 'green' criteria set for lighting operation (EU GPPC RLTS). These criteria cover three main sections: energy consumption, light pollution (dimming of lighting after midnight), and overall operational costs of the equipment. This report describes a module used as an intermediary between the lighting management system and a web page, through which control authorities are able to monitor the compliance with the energy efficiency indicators set in the projects using standard devices (PC, tablet, phone).
