The advantage of using a scanner for color measurement compared to a document camera is supported by an analysis of the similarity of colors obtained with a standard colorimeter. The scanner can be used when conducting classroom exercises in bread and bakery technology. Using the proposed equipment can he solved pedagogical tasks related to the integration of knowledge from the field of technical sciences and information technologies, as well as the formation of research skills for work with measuring equipment.
