Title: Traceability of procedures in electronic education
Keywords: Electronic education, E-management, Process traceability, We

Abstract: This paper reviews the deployment of a web-based educational administration site in which the traceability functions of the educational process are implemented. The site is used in the classical auditorium based education in various disciplines, as well as for the development of new course materials, courses and educative programs for the needs of retraining industrial personnel. The process traceability functions are enhanced in the direction of learner’s and teacher’s activities in the last versions. The archiving of the separate process is emphasised by identifying the author and date. The second function performed by the site is to create procedural skills in students. While performing many complex tasks, such as heat projects of electronic devices, the observation of certain sequences within certain time limits is necessary. The elements of the site that contribute to the acquisition of such skills are described.
