The introduction of electric vehicles worldwide is leading to a historic transformation in the automotive industry. The main considerations driving this policy are environmental in nature, but controversy over their economic and environmental impact continues. The combination of technical, economic and political factors determines their future development. To solve problems related to the production and operation of electric cars, it is necessary to develop pilot projects in which, through a favorable combination of factors, a partial solution to some of the problems related to the production and operation of electric cars is provided. A logistics scheme was considered, increasing energy efficiency and reducing the inconvenience of charging the batteries, partially solving the issue of their recycling. References Issue
