Абстракт: Учебникът „Аудиосистеми и кодиране на говор” е предназначен за студентите бакалаври от Факултета по телекомуникации. В него са включени най-общите и изключително важни въпроси, отнасящи се до базовите принципи на аудиотехнологиите и аудиосистемите. Съдържанието на учебника е съобразено с утвърдената учебна програма по едноименната дисциплина „Аудиосистеми и кодиране на говор”, включена в съществуващия учебен план на студентите – бакалаври от специалността „Телекомуникации” на Факултета по телекомуникации при Техническия университет – София. Учебникът може да се използва и от студенти в други специалности на Техническия университет – София, от студенти от други университети, институти и колежи и от всеки, който желае да придобие основополагащи познания в областта на аудиотехнологиите.

Abstract: The textbook "Audio systems and speech coding" is intended for undergraduate students from the Faculty of Telecommunications. It covers the most general and extremely important questions related to the basic principles of audio technology and audio systems. The content of the textbook is in accordance with the approved curriculum for the discipline of the same name "Audio Systems and Speech Coding", included in the existing curriculum of undergraduate students from the "Telecommunications" specialty of the Faculty of Telecommunications at the Technical University - Sofia. The textbook can also be used by students in other specialties of the Technical University - Sofia, by students from other universities, institutes and colleges and by anyone who wishes to acquire fundamental knowledge in the field of audio technologies.
