Title: Intelligent integrated r&e big OMICS data and in silico knowledge hub "nova paradigma" Keywords: Big Data Analytics, KDD, Intelligent Decision Making Abstract: The major goal of the paper is to reveal the vision of the digital initiative "Nova Paradigma" within the ecosystem of bioinformatics in Bulgaria. Based on the analysis of the innovative trends in the digital ecosystem of bioinformatics worldwide as well as the challenges and options for Big omics data life cycle management and the specificity and modern solutions of Big genomic data management we have proposed the vision of the digital initiative "Nova Paradigma" and the conceptual model of intelligent collaborative digital solution end-to-end for scientific research and education within the bioinformatics ecosystem. The architectural design of intelligent integrated knowledge & Big omics data hub has been presented which provides functionality of integrated collector and repositories of in silico knowledge as well as omics datasets (genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic and metabolomic) targeted for in silico experimentation and ML for the purpose of Big data analytics, KDD, and IDM.
