Title: VHDL-AMS Models for Monolithic Current Conveyor Based Operational Amplifiers Keywords: Analog circuits, CCII, CCCII, CFOA, integrated circuit model Abstract: This paper focuses on the analysis and behavioral modeling of monolithic second-generation positive and negative current conveyors, as well as current-controlled current conveyors (CCII+s, CCII–s, and CCCIIs). On the basis of the proposed CCII+ model improved behavioral models for three-terminal CFOAs and four-terminal CFOAs are created. The models are developed by using VHDL analog and mixed-signal (AMS) language. The models are developed by using VHDL analog and mixed-signal (AMS) language, and simulate static and dynamic parameters for differential and common-mode input signals at room temperature The VHDL-AMS descriptions of the models are adapted to the SystemVision (version 5.5) simulation program, which is a part of the Mentor Graphics system. For verification of the CFOA model, the simulation results at various operational modes are compared with the results obtained by the corresponding PSpice macro-models for AD844A. For the validation process sample electronic circuits usi References Issue
