Abstract: A macromodel of monolithic Voltage-to-Frequency Converter (VFC) for the simulator PSpice A/D is proposed. For creating the model, simplification and build-up techniques known from modelling operational amplifiers have been adapted. This generalized model is independent from actual technical realizations and is based upon compromises regarding the representation of exact circuit structure in the model.
