Abstract: Visual communication in contemporary higher education is crucial. It creates a visual identity for universities and colleges, which attracts students and partners in a competitive environment, enhances the learning process, introduces complex concepts and encourages creativity and innovation. In addition, a well-implemented visual communication increases student engagement and retention as a visual approach creates a more motivating learning environment. Alignment with the brand and vision of the institution is key to the success of the institution. Future trends include innovation, personalisation and a focus on inclusion and sustainability.
