Abstract: In this paper is presented an analytical model of the temperature in HVAC-system for buildings conditioning based on partial differential equation of Newton-Richman. Submitted is a solution of the equation by using the Green’s functions method. On the basis of the solution analytically are described the stationary and non-stationary working states of modeled plant with distributed parameters – the temperature in HVAC-system. The dynamic system model is simulated in a change range of the basic parameters according to the accepted standards of comfort. Visualized and analyzed are the characteristics specificities, from which derive the temperature in the building conditioning system as a typical control plant with distributed parameters.
