Абстракт: The report examines modern trends in the implementation of customer relationship management systems - CRM systems. Different types of CRM systems and implementation options are discussed. Based on a survey of entrepreneurs in the field of e-commerce, some features of the implementation of CRM systems and the factors influencing the implementation process have been identified.
