Abstract: The paper presents results from a sensitivity analysis on the solution of the problem for size range optimization of pneumatically actuated linear modules. To that end, the optimization problem is solved for different values of chosen parameters included in the mathematical model of the problem, while keeping the values of the other parameters constant. An assessment is made regarding the influence of the studied parameters on the optimal solution. Sensitivity analysis (also called post-optimal analysis) is of a substantial practical significance, and is one of the important stages of an approach for designing optimal size ranges.
