Abstract: The paper considers a module for charging energy storage cells - supercapacitors or rechargeable batteries. The module is controlled via a digital interface to achieve constant current, constant voltage or constant power modes of operation. The control of the module is through an Arduino based system. This allows the construction of a control system for the charging processes of the individual cells, including a virtual instrument.
