Title: Electrical contact resistance of 3D printed conductive elastomer material
Keywords: Electrical contact resistance, 3D printed, elastomer materia

Abstract: In this work is estimated the contact resistance of 3D printed electrically conductive elastomer material. 3D Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printing technology is used. Production sequence is presented and it is further used for test samples manufacturing by Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printing. Electrically conductive elastomer material properties of the test sample are measured in order to estimate nonlinearity of contact resistance due to contact force. Proposed Electrically conductive elastomer material is suitable for fabrication of complex shaped conductors and contacts by Fused Filament Fabrication additive technology and active 3D volumetric control of electric properties during fabrication.
