Abstract: The goal of this paper is to provide the structural similarity analysis of SARS-CoV-2 and human proteins. To achieve this goal the experimental framework is proposed based on multiple innovative Bioinformatics platforms. The suggested workflow includes multiple sequence alignment, phylogeny analysis and pairwise sequence alignment. The investigation results are analyzed with respect to identity percentage between Human and SARS-2 protein pairs. Finally, the authors present conclusion of the experiment and provide foundation for further research.
