Абстракт: The dynamism of changes in the external environment compels enterprises to create and apply flexible managerial structures capable of transforming, on a timely basis, particular characteristics and modes of functioning of some or all of its managerial systems and subsystems. Benchmarking is an approach of management where one's own (the enterprise's) objectives (functions, processes, etc.) are compared with the leaders in the sector of the industry, as well as outside. The purpose of the present report is to clarify the points of reference for the realization of effective benchmarking within the enterprise in view of its application in management.
