Title: 3D Printed Polymer Composite Magnetic Material by Stereolithography Technology
Keywords: 3D printing, additive technologies, stereolithography, magne

Abstract: In this work, a method for magnetic compositions production suitable for 3D printing by stereolithography (SLA) is presented. Method is applied for soft-magnetic composite material SLA 3D printing. It is used for toroidal magnetic core sample production. 3D printing production sequence is presented and it is further used for test samples manufacturing by the SLA technology. Composite magnetic material properties of these test samples are measured in order to estimate nonlinearity of magnetic permeability and magnetization curve. Proposed method and corresponding composite magnetic material are suitable for fast fabrication of complex shaped magnetic cores by SLA additive technology and 3D volumetric control of magnetic properties.
