Abstract: This paper proposes an approach for modeling and simulation testing of a robotic technological system and generated technological process for machining of complex parts in the environment of a specialized software package Roboguide. After verification, the generated and calibrated control programs are sent to the robot controller and the executive machining modules for execution via Internet/Ethernet connection. The system includes an industrial robot - executive machining modules - input-output belt conveyor.
