InfoTech Conference will be organized with two phases: [1] preliminary learning about accepted articles via conference web site based on remote access to the abstracts (see web site sections Conference Program); [2] oral or poster presentation during the on-site conference sessions. The main steps of the conference process are listed below.

Deadline: 15 May 2025

Sending the Application Form (DOC, DOCX) and full paper in English. Starting the Reviewing process.

Deadline: 10 July, 2025

Reports reviewing and acceptance confirmation by sending REGISTRATION FORM and Reviewer’s Reports.

Deadline: 30 July, 2025

Registration for participation by Fee payment, fill in the INVITATION for Pre-Registration (Second Form) and Revised paper submission. Full information about the registration fees depending on the form of participation is presented in the Call for Papers (see section “Home”).

Deadline: 20 August 2025

Sending prepared PPT-presentation of the accepted reports for publishing in the virtual discussion forum

11-12 September 2025
