Абстракт: Отклоненията на формата и разположението се определят въз основна на измерванията на биенето и последващото привеждане на тези резултати към виртуална изходна база. Разгледани са и са анализирани различни схеми на измерване в зависимост от базирането на детайла на измервателна позиция и значимостта на блуждаещото биене. Анализирани са източниците на неопределеност. Метрологичните и експлоатационни възможности на системата са изследвани, потвърдени и доказани както в лабораторни условия, така и при експерименталната експлоатация в "Новокрамагорски машиностроителен завод" - гр. Краматорск. Украйна

    Abstract: The deviations of the form and position are determined based on the measurement of run-out and subsequent retrofitting to a virtual reference axis. Various schemes of measurement are examined and analyzed, depending on the mode-based workpiece and the significance of the run-out. The sources of uncertainty are analyzed. The metrological and operational capabilities of the system were tested and confirmed both in a laboratory conditions and in real conditions in experimental operation at "Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod" - Kramatorsk, Ukraine
