Title: Field Oriented Control of an Induction Motor Considering the Magnetic Circuit Saturation Keywords: Field oriented control, induction motor, magnetic saturationAbstract: This paper presents a field-oriented control system for an induction motor accounting for the magnetic saturation in the magnetic circuit. Field-oriented control is implemented using rotor flux orientation, based on a mathematical model of the induction motor that incorporates magnetic saturation effects. The control system enables operation both with constant and variable flux linkage, with the aim of achieving maximum electromagnetic torque with minimal stator current.
