Title: Comparative Analysis of Array Geometries for GURT Radio Telescope Keywords: antenna array, array geometry, GURT, HFSS simulations, radio astronomy, radio telescopeAbstract: Antenna arrays, especially used for radio astronomy, are particularly useful is order obtaining more data and with better quality. GURT (Giant Ukrainian Radio Telescope) is an antenna array, aimed to work between the frequency range from 8 to 80 MHz, as a radio telescope. This paper provides analysis of GURT's subarray, its configuration and examples of simulations of other eventual shapes and their advantages and disadvantages.
