Title: Financial Analysis of a PV Power Plant for a Smart Enterprise Keywords: Energy efficiency, financial analysis, PV plants, smart enterprisesAbstract: This article presents a financial analysis of the construction of a photovoltaic power plant to cover the own energy needs of an industrial enterprise. The study considers two different scenarios for the orientation of the photovoltaic panels - south and east-west, using real market data on electricity prices, inflation, labor and equipment. For each of the options, key financial indicators such as capital and operating costs, revenue from the sale of electricity, net cash flow and return on investment are calculated. The results show that although the south orientation offers a larger installed capacity, the option with east-west orientation achieves a higher annual electricity production and a shorter payback period. The comparison highlights the importance of the orientation of the panels and the need for a thorough financial analysis when planning energy efficiency in the industrial sector. References - S. S.
