Title: Methodology for Evaluation Effectiveness and Efficiency of Algorithmic Management in Emergency Response Teams Keywords: Abstract: Algorithmic management has its undoubtable advantages when it comes to the operations and processes. On the other side, expanding its implementation for other sectors - such as Human Resources, could bring unexpected challenges both for managers and employees. Improving the efficiency of employees' work is one of the classic management issues that occupies the attention of both practitioners and academics with unceasing interest. Since the raising of the Scientific Management Theory and the classical academic works of its well-known representatives (Frederic Taylor, Henry Gantt, Frank Gilbreth) to the present days, the idea of developing economic efficiency of the enterprise as a result of improved labor productivity remains one of the leading topics of the management. At the same time, with the advancement of new digital technologies and, in particular, the extremely rapid introduction of artificial intelligence, managers are provided with a convenient and easy-to-use toolkit, including human resources management capabilities.
