Title: Indicators for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Algorithmic Management in Mobile Teams of Power Distribution Companies
Keywords:

Abstract: With the increasing digitalization of work operations and processes in everyday life and the agenda of business organizations, the use of elements of algorithmic management in human resource management is increasingly observed. This, of course, is most visible in modern platforms connecting service and product providers with their users, as well as in the so-called gig economy. At the same time, however, with the rapid progress of artificial intelligence, Algorithmic Management practices are also entering other sectors of the economy. Considering the lack of sufficiently clear regulation related to this, as well as the relatively easy opportunity for organizations to take excessive advantage, at the expense of the personal freedom of their employees, the relevance associated with analyzing the current practice and, on this basis, the deletion of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the use of Algorithmic Management, specifically related to human resource management, is required.
