Title: Implementing Virtual Laboratories for E-Learning Educational Platform in Electrical Engineering

Abstract: This paper investigates the integration of virtual laboratories into e-learning platforms for electrical engineering education, highlighting their role in enhancing accessibility, flexibility and practical learning. Among the tools examined, LTspice emerges as a widely adopted, cost-effective simulator, while commercial platforms like Labster, Multisim, Proteus and NI ELVIS offer varied features including LMS integration and hardware interaction. The paper compares these platforms across key criteria - cost, accessibility, simulation depth and hands-on realism to support platform selection decisions. The study concludes that a hybrid approach, combining virtual and physical labs, provides the most comprehensive educational value, ensuring a balanced development of theoretical and practical skills in electronics education.
