Abstract: Digitalization is an inevitable part of everyday life and is increasingly entering every aspect of human life. The development of new technologies and especially their application in the creation of chatbots, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things has led to the introduction of the term smart home. This paper provides a literature review of one of these technologies, chat bots.
