Абстракт: За да бъде гарантиран превоза на товари е необходимо да бъдат изпълнени поетите ангажименти от заинтересованите страни, участващи при сключване на договора. От друга страна, заради вероятностния характер на някои от показателите на превозната дейност е възможно превозвача да не може да изпълни поетите ангажименти в посочения в договора срок. Методът за определяне на плана на превозите по средни стойности на експлоатационните показатели не е достатъчно точен. Това налага прилагането на друг подход за определяне на показателите на превозната дейност преди сключване на договори и оперативно планиране, като се отчита вероятностния характер на елементите на превозния процес и едновременното им влияние върху плана на превозите.

    Abstract: In order to guarantee the carriage of cargo, it is necessary to fulfill the commitments made by the interested parties involved in the conclusion of the contract - consignors, consignees, organizer and executor of the transports. On the other hand, it was established that due to the probabilistic nature of some of the indicators of the transport activity (technical speed and time for loading and unloading), it is possible that the carrier will not be able to fulfill the commitments made in the term specified in the contract. The most commonly used method for determining the transport plan by average values of operational indicators is not accurate enough. This necessitates the application of another approach for determining the indicators of transport activity before concluding contracts and operational planning, taking into account the probabilistic nature of the elements of the transport process and their simultaneous influence on the transport plan.
