Abstract: The technologies’ role in the 21st century working environment is constantly developing and implicates communication tools facilitating the interactive information sharing, interoperability and contribution. Wild-spread use of social networks as Facebook, Twitter, My Space, Youtube, Flicker, Blogger and LinkedIn have disparate number of loyal users and it is exclusively important the level of communication tools’ accessibility for government organization to both state and local level. Even more, the social networks presence has become a guarantee of transparent communication. Social networks improve interaction between government agencies and the public. And reach the population doesn’t use the traditional media often as others do. For this purpose, government agencies and ministries are encouraged to increase communication strategies such as social networks and websites.
