Абстракт: The change of the specific enzyme activity of urease enzyme extracted from soy-bean flour is investigated by using ultrafiltrating polymer membranes. The polymer membranes prepared by the phase-inversion method are metallized with Fe-Cr-Ni alloy. The change in the selectivity and the output of the membranes towards urease enzyme during the process of diafiltration is examined. The diafiltration is done by using membranes metallized at three different times of film deposition, 5, 15 and 25 s, respectively.
