Abstract: The theoretical problems of forces and moments acting on the elements of automotive suspension are considered. Many of the dependences of the front suspension characteristics are corroborated by experimental investigations carried out in laboratory conditions. A Macpherson strut front suspension is studied. By means of the model developed in MATLAB environment, Toolbox Simulink, numerical solutions are obtained, and the results are analysed.
