Abstract: The presented paper is focused on design of a facility for experimental purposed of a metal and other parts treatment. The facility allows collecting data from the work of the gear motors involved in the treatment processes, analysing the data and experimental design of different control algorithms including robust control, intelligent control, etc. The proposed data transmission structure allow implementing remote interactive control based on IoT (internet of Things) and Industry 4.0 requirements.
