All authors of accepted papers must sign the electronic copyright form before the conference.

The conference proceedings will be submited to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library® if the author or one of the co-authors will attend the conference to present them. With a full registration fee an author can present up to 2 selected papers. At the registration every participant must present a payment document.

Extended versions of a number of papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Technical University of Sofia
