15th NATIONAL CONFERENCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION "ELECTRONICA 2024"

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Paper Submission

The authors must submit their four-page paper by 29^th of April 2024. The papers must not exceed 4 pages, including all tables, figures and references (A4, double column, 10 pt).

Upload the PDF and DOC files as a ZIP archive to the Conference Management System as your final version after reviewing.

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to convert DOC files to PDFs.

First-time IEEE PDF eXpress users should do the following:

Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site after 23^th May 2024.
Click the "New Users - Click here" link.
Enter the following: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/Account/Login

Conference ID:
Email Address: your email address
Confirm Email Address: your email address
Choose a password: your password

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Continue to enter information as prompted.
Upload your DOC file to IEEE PDF eXpress and download the converted PDF version (in a couple of minutes).
The new PDF file should contain the phrase "Certified by IEEE PDF eXpress at [date_and_time_of_conversion]" in the Document properties Application field

IEEE PDF eXpress is not a manuscript-collection system and does not replace the conference's submission system. Once authors verify that they have IEEE Xplore-compatible
versions of their manuscripts, they will still need to upload the files to the Conference Management System.

The papers that are not formatted according to the above templates and/or are not submitted by the deadline will not be included in the proceedings.

The paper should be reported personally by one of the authors. For the oral presentations it is suggested to use MS PowerPoint. A multimedia projector is available.

Poster Preparation

The available poster area is in format A0 (840 X 1188).

The title of the paper, the authors, the main problems, the achievements and conclusions have to be explained in the poster using text, equations, graphics and pictures.

During the poster sessions the authors have to present their work very shortly in front of the audience: 2-5 slides, within 1-2 minutes.
The questions and discussions will be continued at the poster panels.

Language

The working language of the conference will be English.

Venue

The conference will be held at the National Science and Technical Centre, 108 Rakovski Str., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria

IEEE Publication

ELECTRONICA 2024 will be an IEEE conference and IEEE woll hold the copyright of the conference Proceedings.
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference Proceeding on USB and submitted to IEEE
Xplore Digital Library and Scopus databases.

Fill in on the Conference website the IEEE Publication Agreement after 30 May 2024.

IEEE requires all publications to be submitted to a plagiarism detection process prior to being uploaded to IEEE Xplore
to ensure originality of the content through IEEE CrossCheck/iThenticate by the volunteer for the conference.

The authors will receive the IEEE CrossCheck results (if the similarity percentage is under 30%, the Result is “OK”. If not, it is “Review Report”).

Registration Fee

The registration fee for ELECTRONICA 2024 is 220 EUR. It includes admission to conference sessions, a copy of Proceedings on USB,
Coffee Breaks and Banquet. One registration fee covers one publication. There will be reduced fee for students, for IEEE members and for CEEC members.

The Early registration fee is 200 EUR. The payments have to be received no later than the early registration fee deadline (30 May 2024).
